2026 marks the 10th Anniversary of the Asian Schools Institute for Safety and Security (ASISS) — a decade of bringing together international school safety, security and risk practitioners from across Asia.

ASISS 2026 returns to Singapore, continuing what has been at the heart of ASISS since the beginning: practitioners learning from practitioners.

Over the past 10 years, ASISS conferences have explored a wide range of challenges facing international schools. Drawing together these conversations, shared experiences and lessons learned, we see our work coming together around 8 key domains of school safety and risk:

These domains will help shape the conversations at ASISS 2026, 19–20 November at Singapore American School, while continuing what has always been at the heart of ASISS: practitioners learning from practitioners.

ASISS 2026 Programme – A First Look

We have put together a preliminary programme to give you an early look at how the two days are taking shape and some of the topics and conversations we are planning for ASISS 2026.

The programme is still being developed, and we will be confirming speakers, sessions and the final schedule over the coming weeks.

New for 2026, we are also exploring a Deep Dive format. While our regular sessions provide opportunities to share ideas, experiences and lessons learned, the Deep Dives will create more time to unpack selected topics in greater depth — working through practical challenges, approaches, case studies and discussion with fellow practitioners.

ASISS 2026 will explore these interconnected areas through main sessions, practitioner-led breakouts, panel discussions, roundtables, campus learning opportunities and networking — sharing practical approaches that schools can take back to their own communities.
